“Katsabaki House” is an independent stone house renovated in 2024, with a private yard of approx 300 sqm, right in front of the sea! It is located in the area of Prassa with a distance of a 5 min walk (about 300 meters) from the main beach of Prassa “Agios Georgios” with its endless crystal blue waters.

The home itself has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (and a small extra cot) and the other with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette with all essential utilities.
It is 60 sq. meters with a spacious terrace with an endless view that allows you to gaze at the sea and in front “Prassonisi” (a small eylet) and “Polyaigos”. It is an ideal place for carefree and calm holidays by the sea front for both families and couples.
Kimolos Center (or the village as we call it), as well as the port of Kimolos is 6 km away, which you can visit in the early evening to relax and enjoy walks in the beautiful picturesque alleys.
A cot can be added for up to 4 years of age.
